May 16th, 2008 by Cass -- Posted in Did You Know?, To-Do List |Girlfriend. If you coulda been a fly on the wall this morning, you would have been very pleased. We are scraping the bottom of the barrel as far as finances this week. Instead of arguing and fuming, I pulled the numbers while dh was pulling his calls and then we went in the room and shut the door so we could have a few minutes of quiet, and we looked at what we had and what had to be paid and come up with a plan. Together. With not one bitter word. It was amazing.
Also, I need to update my weekly plan, because I am not doing it that way. For instance, I despise having to wait on sheets to dry to put them back on the beds, so we are changing kid sheets 2 beds per day, since I have 2 sets of extra sheets (for now). Some other things have been changed, too, but that’s a biggie.
I’ll be off the computer for a bit this afternoon while I am doing school. We have the blog if you need me
