The Food
June 25th, 2008 by Cass -- Posted in Fat and Wrinkles |because we keep getting sidetracked. Ok, so I need to cut some portions from the pyramid in order to keep my calories down to 1500. Plus, I want to add some protein so I don’t get so bitchy and hungry. 3-4 ounces at lunch and dinner should do it, and maybe not that much every day. How would be the best way to do that?
I’m thinking to just make sure I get foods from each group?
YK, when I was eating those frozen dinners with no fruit, vegetables or dairy, I didn’t have these issues. *insert eye roll*

I agree. That pyramid is designed to maintain your weight. The only way to loose weight is to cut back on what you are eating.
