Why are Monday’s so hard to start? I am tired and I feel lazy today. And yet, I have a list of things to get done. Let’s just get the list out of the way.

I will probably nap after lunch. I have my period so I am super zapped. I have not much to say this morning. I guess I am too foggy. So up I get to start my list.

Its finally Friday! It has been a really long week and I am glad that the weekend is upon us even though my Saturday will be busy. It was 53 degrees yesterday and gorgeous! Today it is 32 right now with temperatures falling all day. Wind chills below zero tonight and tomorrow’s high in the teens. I am dreading going out to do chores this morning. My list is short. It will still take me a good portion of the day to accomplish. I dread shopping day. Some day I will not have to hit every store in town just to be able to afford what we need, yk?

What a roller coaster ride Cass has been on this week! Clarity! Please? Lord, can you also find some extra time in her day so that she has time to chat with me? I know that is selfish but I am asking anyway. And also, send her husband a job that will pay the bills. In Your name, amen!

I am hoping that getting back in the habit of cassanging will help my mental state. Do you realize that neither of us have cassanged since November 14th? So my list for today is as follows,
chores
eat breakfast
shower
dishes
wipe down stove
wipe down counters
clear off kitchen table
sweep floor
empty out fruit and veggie bins in fridge
fold laundry
put laundry away
wipe down washer and dryer
pick up living room
vacuum living room
eat lunch

take cat to school for Melina’s show and tell
pick girls up from volleyball practice and boys up from basketball practice
I know it seems silly to list eating and showering. Sometimes I forget to do those things so on the list they go. I will be heading out to do chores as soon as I post this. That is about an hour earlier than I have been getting out there.
Today is supposed to be near 50! I may open some windows upstairs to air it out. Tom will be home tonight for the first time since Monday. He came home briefly on Tuesday to watch Clint’s ball game but other than that he has been on the road all week. I am looking forward to having him home!
Heavenly Father, I ask that you give clarity to Cass concerning her marriage. You are the only one that can answer the slew of questions that are going through her mind and mine both. Lord, please give me the words and wisdom to give to her when I need them. And, Father, I ask that if you are going to change that man you do it soon! Protect Cass from any missteps and give her patience and a kind tongue. In Your name, amen.
